Josiane is a seasoned Compliance and AML professional with over 15 years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry.
With extensive consulting and training experience in the MENA region and the GCC, she assisted major regional financial organizations, governments and corporates in meeting their regulatory requirements and achieving their leaning objectives.
She has a pragmatic perception and an insight of the struggles and challenges faced by Compliance and AML professionals when dealing with both regulatory pressures and internal managerial and/or Board push back.
Jose Leonelio De Souza

Leo is an accomplished Compliance Risk, AML and Anti-Corruption Consultant. With over 30 years’ experience in Auditing and Compliance, he led global teams in various financial institutions. He was engaged in M&As, evaluations processes working with the US Federal Reserve and various European regulators.
During the past 12 years, Leo’s focus was the implementation and management of GRC projects in Latin America. Leo is a professor at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) teaching Fraud and Risk Management class within the MBA curriculum.
He co-authored two books: “Compliance - The new game rule 2016” and “Compliance - Essence and Effectiveness 2018”.
